I’m Pamela—photographer, storyteller, wife, homeschooling mama, and an empath to my core. Life moves fast, but I believe in slowing down to capture the moments that matter most—the stolen glances, belly laughs, and quiet in-betweens that become the memories we hold onto forever. I was born and raised in Puerto Rico, where love, family, and storytelling are at the heart of everything. Being fully bilingual, I love connecting with couples and families in both English and Spanish, making sure everyone feels comfortable and understood. Before I was behind the camera, I spent time in front of it as a model, which now helps me guide my clients into poses that feel effortless and natural. I also dabbled in floral artistry and have been both a flower girl and a bridesmaid multiple times—so I know the beauty (and chaos!) of weddings from all angles. Photography became even more personal to me after my own wedding experience. Junior and I got married in 2020 during the pandemic, when things didn’t go as planned. With no big wedding, no traditional first dance, and just a simple courthouse ceremony, we took matters into our own hands—photographing our own wedding portraits with a tripod. That moment made me realize just how powerful photos are. They’re more than just images; they’re proof of love, resilience, and the moments that define us. That’s exactly why we do what we do—because no matter how big or small, your story deserves to be told beautifully. When I’m not photographing love stories, you’ll find me dancing in the kitchen, binge-watching Netflix, or homeschooling my little ones. I’m a mama bear through and through, and that deep love for family fuels my passion for capturing moments that will be cherished for generations. More than just a photographer, I’m someone who will hype you up, keep you calm, and make sure you feel like your best self in front of the camera. I never set out to be a photographer. My first love was music, and back in 2012, I spent more time on stage than behind a camera. But something about freezing a moment—capturing the raw energy, the emotion, the feeling of a single second—hooked me. It wasn’t just about the image; it was about the story it told. When I met Pamela in 2017, everything started to shift. She saw things differently, noticing details I hadn’t even thought about. She had this effortless way of bringing out people’s best sides, and together, we realized photography was something we both needed to do. What started as a creative outlet quickly became a passion, and eventually, that passion turned into something real. For years, photography was our side business. I shot weddings, couples, and moments in between while balancing a regular job and raising a family. But in 2023, life threw me a challenge—I lost my job. I had two choices: start over in another 9-to-5 or take a risk on what I loved. I chose the risk. Pamela stood by me, and together, we turned our passion into something bigger than we ever imagined. Why I Do This? I know what it’s like to want a moment captured the right way. To want photos that don’t just look good but feel like you. That’s why I don’t do stiff poses or forced smiles—I focus on the real stuff. The stolen glances, the way your hands instinctively find each other, the moments you don’t even realize are happening until you see them frozen in time. What You Can Expect From Me?
